CALAS/HIAS fellowship 2024 in Germany - Climate Crisis

The Maria Sibylla Merian Center for Advanced Latin American Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences (CALAS) and the Hamburg Institute in Advanced Studies (HIAS) appoint outstanding scholars, scientists, and artists from Latin American research institutions to pursue their research projects for four months on-site in Hamburg and two months in Kassel. This year's call for application is related to the emergent global climate crisis. With the dawn of a new post-fossil energy era, the world economy needs to decarbonize.
