Silvia Bernatené holds a PhD in Education (UNSAM-UNTREF-UNLA), a degree in Education Sciences (UNLZ) and is a specialist in Educational Advice and Management from the National University of Córdoba (UNC). She currently serves as Dean of the School of Humanities at the National University of San Martín (UNSAM). She is a regular professor of Didactics in the Education Department at that university, and also teaches at other national universities in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She has professional experience in the design and implementation of academic policies related to admission, academic performance, graduation, and university curriculum. She participates in transfer and evaluation activities in various educational projects, as well as in international academic collaboration projects within the framework of the Regional Programme for France, Latin America and the Caribbean (PREFALC). She is a member of academic committees for the Master's Degree in University Management and Policy at the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER) and the Inter-institutional Doctorate Programme in Education (PIDE) at UNSAM UNLA UNTREF. Her research topics are in the field of higher education, in the areas of teaching practices, curriculum and teacher training.
