This new volume of the CLACSO-CALAS collection focuses on the articulation between politics, affects and identities. The contributions that integrate it reflect on the affective as a constitutive but not immutable component of human bonds and individual and collective identities. From the perspectives configured by the theory of affects, the affective turn, queer theories and feminist perspectives, the history of emotions and intimacy, among other approaches, this book aims to recover and turn the emotional experience into a protagonist, which otherwise runs the risk of being lost or dissolved.
