Title: Theoretical and methodological dimensions of labor mobility and the social question from a gender perspective: the case of digital migrants and their visualization using QGIS

Abstract: The main objective of the following project is to analyze, from a gender perspective, how the acceleration imposed by capitalism affects labor and social mobility trajectories in Latin America and the Caribbean, taking digital nomads as a case study, in order to construct a theoretical and methodological proposal that serves as input for the design of policies aimed at restoring expectations of social advancement. An innovative methodology is proposed that combines classic survey techniques with data analysis and processing software. The aim is to develop research that can provide concrete inputs for understanding the subject through: a) Theoretical contribution on digital nomads and migratory flows; b) QSIG visualization map; b) A specific methodological design for addressing a recent issue, such as digital nomads; c) A proposal to reverse job insecurity and contribute to a horizon of collectivization.
