Leandro Losada, holds a bachelor’s degree and a PhD in History (National University of the Center of the Buenos Aires Province). He is specialist in Atlantic and Connected history, history of elites, political history, and history of political thought. Currently he is an independent researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET), Associate Professor at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) and Director of the Institute for Political Research (CONICET/UNSAM). He has been Wallace Fellow at the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies (I Tatti, Firenze) as well as professor and invited researcher at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (París), Freie Universität Berlin, Università degli Studi di Milano, Università per Stranieri di Siena, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (Madrid), Universitat de Girona.
